Big Mike

Big Mike started in  radio in Kingston, Ontario at CKWS 96AM.  Big Mike hit the air on the overnights. Radio was fun and the experience helped him land a job doing evenings at CKOB and CKOA in the Ottawa Valley. Kingston has one of the oldest community radio stations, CFRC 101.9FM. Big Mike was asked by long time radio friend Jim Birtch to come down and do a show, Big Mike created The Canadian Shield, a one hour show about Canadian Music and artists. In April 2013, he joined BossBoosRadio and weekday mornings and has now made a home here on Mix94.
